The film was shot in the most southern part of India, visiting a diabetes eye screening camp offering free screening of the eyes and diabetes screening.
A common diabetic complication is retinopathy; damaged blood vessels of the eye, which untreated can leed to blindness. A project supported by the World Diabetes Foundation arranges these camps and even offers free treatment to those who can't pay.
