What I do and who I work with
Tanja Jørgensen has graduated from The Danish School of Journalism as a videojournalist.
Since 1997, I have been working professionally as a tv-director, videojournalist or webjournalist for Danish media DR, TV2, TvDanmark and other private customers such as the World diabetes Foundation (WDF) and Novo Nordisk.
During the last ten years my work has been related to health issues and developing aid, giving me the change to travel to far off destinations.
I am working as a one-woman-one-camera - a video journalist alone in field that is - on Canon HDV-kamera and Avid Xpress Pro, as well as a dedicated team member of a crew.
Most stories are suited to be told in several media; why not use the story made for video in a print version? I can produce still photos and articles as well, to make the most of each story.
